To pay by credit card, debit card, e-check, ACH or at any BB&T Financial Center requires a BB&T Association Services Agreement by your Association. Please have your Bill Pay Number, Account/Serial Number, and Unit/Lot Number ready for payment processing.

If your Association chooses not to participate in our electronic payment processing, please mail your check or money order to our office for processing.

Real Estate Closing attorneys may present closing payments by check in the Association's name and mail them to our office.
